Between Coach and Client: Health and fitness data, progress photos, check-in responses, and messages are shared between you and your assigned coach or client as part of the core service
Service Providers: We use third-party services to operate the App, including cloud hosting (Render) and push notification delivery (Expo). These providers only access your data to perform services on our behalf
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely on servers hosted by Render (render.com) in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

Push Notifications
We use push notifications to alert you about new messages, workout reminders, habit reminders, and check-in forms. You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.
Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
